Research

During the postgraduate study, the molecular dynamics simulation is employed to investigate the evolution of polymer configurations during the steady shear flow, and the tumbling motion in polymer melt is analyzed. In the doctorial stage, I’m major in the influences of the initial molecular structure on the mechanical properties of the polymer glass. The involved mechanical properties of polymer glass include elastic modulus, stress hardening and glass fracture.
