Small Scraper Coating Machine Note:
1. Make sure the coated substrate edges are smooth and avoid scratching the surface of the instrument.
2. When adjusting the height of the scraper, after pressing the scraper in contact with the substrate in the middle position, slowly turn the micrometer. The height of both the left and right micrometers should be consistent as much as possible. Hearing the sound of micrometer, please stop immediately, and then zero it to set the film thickness.
3. The width of the coating film should be adjusted to prevent the film liquid from flowing out of the surface of the instrument.
4. After coating the film, pay attention to the position of the scraper, the instrument surface where have the remaining film solution. Wiping and cleaning the scraper with a clean, soft item.
5. When it is necessary to heat the coating film, set the heating temperature to about 20°C higher than the coating film temperature at the room temperature about 15°C. After the instrument is heated and stabilized, measure the temperature for fine adjustment.
